Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to one hour before your selected delivery/collection time. If the delivery/collection time is less than one hour, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please call us.

Payment

Payments can be made via card or cash on delivery.
Online Card payments and Card Payments over the phone are secure.
Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in pound (£) sterling.
We do not accept payment by cheque.
We reserve the right to refuse your order should it be necessary.

Delivery

Minimum order for delivery is £15.
Delivery charge and Service charge is applicable to orders.
Our goal is to provide on-time delivery of the food i.e. delivering orders at the time we quote. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this. Please check online and by calling the store about delivery times if necessary.

Products & Allergens

Orders are subject to availability. In most cases, the store manager or staff will offer an alternative or refund for any out-of-stock item.
Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. Please refer to the allergen section on the website or call the store to check details of allergen before ordering.
